Shipping by PostNL
PostNL handles all our shipments. Your order will be sent within 24 hours after we have received payment. Provided it's in stock, of course. This will always be clearly indicated on the website. Is the item not in stock? If that's the case, we will always indicate the expected delivery time. Usually, you'll receive your order within one working day. Simply choose the delivery address and time that best suits you. It's also possible to have your order delivered to a PostNL pick-up location.
Track & Trace
When the item has been sent, you'll receive an email from us containing the PostNL Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order. By visiting www.postnl.nl/ontvangen and logging in using the code, you'll see exactly when the package will be delivered.
Not at home when PostNL comes by with your order? The delivery person will try to leave your package at one of your neighbours. If that's not possible, they will leave a card with a 'nobody-home code'. Using this code, you can select when you want the next delivery attempt to take place, up to 10 PM that same day. If you don't submit a preference, PostNL will try again the next day they are making deliveries.
We never charge shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium.
For shipments to other countries, we apply the following flat rates*:
● Europe: € 14.95
● North America: € 29.95
● Oceania: € 29.95
● Asia: € 39.95
● Middle East: € 39.95
● South America: € 39.95
● Africa: € 39.95
*We don't charge shipping costs for orders over € 500.
