Return an item
Not fully satisfied with your purchase? Any items you’ve ordered from Nuts & Noble can be returned within 30 days, whatever the reason may be. Items can only be returned unused, undamaged and, if possible, in their original packaging. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you’ll never pay shipping cost. For the other European countries we charge a contribution of € 15,- to the return costs.
Our last Track & Trace email “Your order is delivered” is provided with a link that takes you directly to our return portal. Here you can create a shipping label quick and easy, with which you can return your item(s). We have a cooperation with several carriers for our returns, so there is always a drop-off point near you. Once we’ve received your package, we will refund the full purchase amount to you within 7 days. In case you have any questions regarding a return or want to request a return label, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.
It’s also possible to exchange you item. You can indicate this in the return portal. We will arrange the new delivery and ship it to you. If there’s a price difference, we’ll automatically refund the difference to your account, or you’ll receive a payment link to pay the difference.
Returns from outside of Europe
If you live outside of Europe you can return items within 30 days to the below address. In that case the shipping costs will be on your behalf.
